WebMy HFC Experience (good and bad) I have recently moved house (moved a few suburbs across) going from a HFC connection to a HFC connection. The HFC connection at my previous house was nearly flawless only going offline briefly 2-3 times in 11 months. At the my current house, the HFC connection is terrible. When it works the performance is good. WebTrying to contact anyone connected to NBN installations has been impossible because the online support options require an address which we can provide as it doesn’t appear nor seem to exist. Every single other building in this street has NBN connections. Including the restaurant downstairs (we live above it).
